Our Slim Fit Prom Dress Cleaning Package is perfect for sleek prom gowns with one to three layers of netting or tulle.
This service includes a full professional clean, as well as minor repairs such as fixing loose threads, reattaching buttons (if you include them with your dress), and replacing hook and eyes.
If your dress requires more extensive repairs—like tears or structural damage—we’ll carry out in-house diagnostics and provide you with a bespoke quote via email before any additional work is started.
Your dress will be carefully pressed by our specialist team, wrapped in pH-neutral tissue and secured with a ribbon before being placed into one of our luxury handmade preservation boxes. Each box is lined with delicate lace and designed to protect and preserve your gown for years to come.
Your freshly steamed and boxed-up prom dress will then be delivered straight to your door—ready to store and treasure forever.

What Happens Next?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a dress delivery pack within a few days. There’s no need to wait in—it’s designed to fit through your letterbox.
Inside the pack, you’ll find everything you need to send your dress safely to us: a white poly dress bag, a white mailing sack, a step-by-step guide, and a customer form. Once your dress is packed and ready to go, just send us an email at thedresscleaningcompany@gmail.com, and we’ll arrange a courier collection at a time that suits you.
When your dress is ready to be returned, our customer service team will get in touch to schedule a convenient delivery time.
