Refund policy
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions and are subject to the terms outlined below:
Administration Fee
- A £50 administration and transaction fee applies to all order cancellations.
- This amount will be deducted from your refund, regardless of the stage of cancellation.
Refund Method
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refund Eligibility Period
- Customers are entitled to request a refund within 28 days of placing their order.
- Refund requests received after 28 days will not be accepted.
Postage Pack Dispatch
- Your postage pack will be dispatched within 5 working days from the date your order is confirmed.
- If you have not received your pack within 7 working days of ordering, it is the customer's responsibility to notify The Dress Cleaning Company.
In such cases, our team will arrange to send a replacement pack.
Pre-booked Collections
- Garment collections can be pre-booked up to one month from the date of your initial correspondence with us.
Box Returns or Exchanges
- Please note that in the event of a return or exchange of keepsake and preservation boxes, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of postage when returning the item to The Dress Cleaning Company, as well as any additional shipping costs for dispatching an exchanged item. The Dress Cleaning Company is not liable for the cost of returns or exchanges unless the item is received damaged for faulty.
