Phase 1
The First Refresh
First, your gown is collected by our fully insured courier and delivered to our studio.
- Specialist Assessment: We complete diagnostics, clean and press your dress ready to wear.
- Minor Wedding Dress Repairs: We re-attach loose buttons and fix minor threads or hooks to ensure the dress is structurally sound for your second event.
- Professional Finishing: Your gown has After Images taken, is pressed, and returned in a breathable garment bag, ready for your second event.
Phase 2
The Final Preservation
Once the final celebration is over, we'll bring your dress back in for a second, final cleaning and restoration process.
- Deep Cleaning: We repeat the full cleaning process to remove any new debris from the reception, before taking more After Images and pressing your dress.
- Minor Wedding Dress Repairs: We carry out any further minor repairs to restore your dress to its former glory.
- Archival Boxing: Your gown is placed in a luxury, pH-neutral keepsake box. This prevents oxidation that causes white fabric to turn yellow when stored in standard plastic dry-cleaning bags.
