I absolutely loved seeing photos of my dress after it had been cleaned. It was so reassuring to see it looking so beautiful before it was boxed up. Every single person I dealt with was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. I honestly didn’t think my dress could be restored and thought it was beyond cleaning but the transformation is unbelievable!

The Dress Cleaning Company did a wonderful job with my wedding dress as it had got quite grubby throughout the course of the day.

It arrived beautifully packaged and presented and is such a lovely way to keep and store the dress. I also chose to get my veil cleaned which they kindly neatly folded and wrapped in tissue paper in its original box.

The staff were incredibly friendly and great at keeping me updated as the process does take a little while, but I had no issues what so ever.

Amazing company. Very attentive, considerate and truly care for their customers. My wedding Dress was in a terrible state and I really did not think they would be able to save it. What was returned to me was an item that looked brand new although over 52 years old and stored in its original box. Sadly I was unaware the original box was no longer fit for purpose.

My dress is now in a perfect, beautiful and safe box. Simply perfect in every way. Huge thank you’s to the whole team. You are all simply AMAZING
