Our Crystal cleaning package is perfect for wedding dresses with a fishtail, a-line skirt, or a medium to full skirt with a train.
We will have your wedding dress looking as good as new regardless of how long ago the wedding was, or how long it has been stored away!
Your wedding dress will be carefully cleaned and pressed, before being wrapped with pH-neutral tissue paper and expertly packed into one of our beautiful handmade boxes. Each wedding dress is secured into place with a ribbon inscribed with 'love'.
A courier will then deliver your freshly steamed and pressed wedding dress and accessories ready for storage for years to come.
What's Included?
This service includes a full clean and minor repairs (e.g. correcting hook & eyes, reattaching detached buttons if you supply us with them and fixing loose threads). If your dress has tears or needs any other major damage repaired we can offer you a bespoke quote for this before any work is carried out.
Our Crystal cleaning package includes a luxury keepsake box, lined with delicate lace and pH-neutral tissue paper to protect your gown for years to come. The box measures W50 x L75 x D15cm.
FREE UK-wide delivery and collection are included with every cleaning package.

What Happens Next?
We will send you a delivery pack that you should receive a few days after you have placed your order. You don't need to stay at home for this, it's a flat package that will fit through your letterbox.
Inside you'll find one white poly dress bag, one white mailing sack, a guide to sending us your wedding dress, a customer form and a pre-printed return label to attach to your parcel.
Once your dress is packed up and ready to go, e-mail us and we will arrange for your dress to be collected by our courier.
