Christening gown clean only package (no box).
Ideal if you already have a box and want to preserve the dress, or if you are going to sell the dress on.
This is a clean only service which includes a full professional clean and minor repairs (e.g. re-attaching loose buttons or thread). If your gown has any major repair work needing fixed please mention this in the comments when placing your order and we can provide an additional quote for this once our seamstresses have inspected the garment.
What happens to my christening gown?
Our fully insured courier will collect your christening gown and deliver directly to us. When your gown arrives with us, it will go through diagnostics and a thorough clean. We will carry out any minor repairs at this stage.
We will carefully press and steam your gown and photograph it in our studio. We will email your After Images to you to keep, before wrapping your christening gown in pH-neutral tissue paper and placing it in a breathable garment bag. We'll then arrange our courier to return your items to you.
How it works

- We'll post your postage pack out to you with instructions on how to pack your christening gown
- Once your garments are ready for collection, email us with your order number and preferred collection day
- Our courier will collect your items and deliver them directly to us
- We will let you know we have received your items
- Everything goes through thorough diagnostics
- Your christening gown will then be hand cleaned
- If your item requires it, minor repairs are made at this stage
- Your items then move on to the pressing and steaming stage before heading to our studio
- Your dress will be photographed and After Images are emailed to you to keep. At this stage we ask you to confirm your return address.

Once we have received confirmation of delivery address, we will arrange our courier to collect from us and deliver directly to your door - that's it! Enjoy your beautifully preserved dress and accessories for years to come!
