Prior to cleaning, each garment will be thoroughly inspected by our team who will look into all requests and special requirements in great detail. The garment will be subject to a diagnostic check and treated using gentle cleaning solvents to get rid of any imperfections, blemishes or stains. The garment will then be carefully dry cleaned to restore it to its former glory.

Should the team find any substantial damage to the dress upon the diagnostic check, the order recipient will be informed with photo evidence and offered the option to have the alterations completed subject to an additional fee. The Dress Cleaning Company cannot be held responsible for any damage found within the diagnostic check. By using The Dress Cleaning Company’s services, customers will be considered in acceptance of this policy.

Please be mindful that while we will do our best to return your garment to as close to its former glory as we can, it has been lovingly worn, most likely been to a party and may have been subject to the spill of a tipple. Small imperfections may remain as an everlasting memory of the big day.
