DRESS VALUE:

We need this information to ensure your dress is fully covered for insurance in transit to-and-from our premises. Your dress is fully covered within our premises at all times.

• Your Dress Value is equal to the price you purchased the dress for.

• This is NOT the registered retail price (RRP) of your dress.

Failure to select the correct value may lead to inaccurate insurance information for your dress.

TURNAROUND:

STANDARD (Up to 8 weeks):

• Eight week turnaround from receiving your dress in-house to receiving your After Images and proposed dispatch date). 
  • This turnaround does not include the time between placing your order and your dress being collected, nor does it include the time between receiving your proposed dispatch date and the dress being delivered to you.
  • Your proposed dispatch date may be assigned up to two weeks afterwards.

PRIORITY (Ten-working-days):

• Ten-working-day turnaround from receiving your dress in-house to receiving your After Images and proposed dispatch date) (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). 
  • This turnaround does not include the time between placing your order and your dress being collected, nor does it include the time between receiving your proposed dispatch date and the dress being delivered to you.
  • Your proposed dispatch date may be assigned up to one week afterwards.
